System Explorers and Scheduler problems

I've got an issue where the System Explorers dialog is
empty - nothing shows up at all.

I've uninstalled and re-installed. Although when I re-
installed, it still detected that I had previously done a
full scan so it appears to have not completely
uninstalled.

Additionally, although my Schedule Scan Details on the
main scan page reflects the correct schedule and any
changes I make, when I access the Scan Scheduler,
the "Schedule Spyware Scan" drop down is blank,
the "Start Time" is set back to 12:00:00 AM. Also,
the "Current scheduled spyware scan runs at:" section
says "lblScheduleDisplay".
