System explorers and application agents not working

I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled MSAS @ least
3X and I cannot get all my realtime protection agents to
run or even list a log of events. I just get an
hourglass. Also none of the system explorers are listed
Any ideas?

Applying this SP for the VB6 runtime should fix this issue:
