System Error

I keep getting a system error that says unable to display dialog.......I have run anti-virus protections, downloaded firewalls, I have even updated all security patches, however about every five minutes I keep getting a little Pop up, annoying System Error.....
Someone please help me?>?!?!?!?!

- The exact wording of the message
- The name on the frame of the message
- If it occurs exactly every five minutes
- If it occurs with and without an Internet connection
- If it occurs while the PC is idle, or only while some
program runs.
- How long this has been going on
- If you have made any changes lately
- If it occurs in Safe Mode
