system error - specified module could not be found

Have a problem running a program... when i try to start
the program i get system error &H8007007E(-2147024770)
specified modle could not be found. Anyone help ?

You probably need to update visual basic run-time files.

That is also my problem. While I open a program, a message pop's in with a system error &H8007007E(-2147024770). CAn somebody help me to resolve this issue?
