System Error: Object name already exists

Hi,

I have recently installed one tool on my system, while
doing that I opted for automatically set the path. Now I
am continuously getting a message as:

System Error: Object name already exists.

Please let me know if i can get rid of this problem
 
It's a xilinx ISE 6.1 Synthesis tool.

I ran into the exact same error message in the not too distant past.
It turned out that the tool (can't say for sure if was a xilinx tool
or not) was being started twice at startup/logon.

What I can't say for sure is _where_ it was being started from.
Check the usual suspects: yours and the All Users startup folder,
HKCU(HKLM)\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run - I have
also read of some things that write to HKCU(HKLM)\Software\Microsoft
\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\load(maybe run too), even run= and
load= entries in win.ini - don't laugh, I've seen some design tools
that still wrote there.

If you find duplicate entries just delete one.
