Ever since I downloaded alot of Microsoft updates recently, my computer has gone from 27% free space to 3 % I have had to run system restore several times and now I am running Disc Defragmenter and it shows 30 files that won't defragment titled: System Volume Information\_restore {8513C62E- . Can I delete these somehow? I was told there was a virus in 1 of the downloads about 3 months ago....could this be the trouble I'm experiencing? Help??

Do not delete the files directly.
Turn off/on System Restore to delete corrupted files:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
Click System Restore Settings on left side.
Check "Turn off System Restore", click OK, follow prompts and reboot.
This deletes ALL Restore Points including corruption.
Then go back and turn on system Restore and create a Restore Point.
