A while back my HD failed. I was able to read from it
but not boot from it. I left it in my PC added in a new
HD and successfully got the data off of the failed drive
onto the new. However in the process of setting up the
new drive, it wound up being labeled F rather then C.
When I finally got the new drive completed, I removed the
failed C drive but the new drive remains labeled F. How
do I change the system drive from F to C in XP Pro? I
recently found an article claiming it could be done but
misplaced the article. It referred to using regedit as
an administrator but more then that I have forgotten.
Can some one help?
