System Doctor

Hello:
I was searching the web for information on circiut breaker replacement and a
screen popped up, it said, Microsoft Internet System Doctor 2006. It said I
needed to fix errors on my system. I did the scan and it came up with 6089
sever errors. Errors were found in Windows Shell, COM, Web Browser, Control
Panel, Junk files, Privacy violation items. Then in order to fix these, I
would have to register and pay a one time amount of $39.99.
Can anyone advise me as to what to do?
