system.data.sqlserverce in class library project

Is it possible to add a reference to system.data.sqlserverce in a C# class library project?

Sorry Alex, my mistake, i was creating a normal Class Library Project, not a Smart Device one....

No it is not.
System.Data.SqlServerCE is available only on NETCF.
