system crashes while downloading

Can anyone help me determine why my system crashes for no
apparent reason while I'm downloading files?
 
maybe:-
(!): No Space Left ?
(!): Your PC isn't Defragmented, which means it might get
unstable sometimes...

thats all what i know !!

I have plenty of space, and if I try to run the
defragmenter, my computer crashes. It crashes when I try
to do a virus scan, when I try to download windows update
from the internet, when I try to install a program from a
cd, when I try to run disc cleanup...
 
Anne, Boot into your BIOS,
Check and see if your Boot Sector Virus Protection is Enabled,
If it is, Disable it.
