system crash

It seems that whenever my computer starts to do something
processor heavy my machine will crash. After looking in
the event viewer it says the problem was a save dump.

this is the message

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xb7798850, 0x00000001,
0x7518247c). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini020104-03.dmp. "

any help would be great. thank you
