System Configuration Utility in window 98 and windows 2000

I know the command to get in to System Configuration
Utility in win98 which is msconfig but the smae command
msconfig doesn't work in windows 2000 can someone please
help me by telling me what or how can I get in msconfig in
windows 2000. i want to disable programs which are drying
my ram and i dont even know who how they got in my start
up

Use MSCONFIG. It was not included in Win2k but it's back in XP and the
XP version works in Win2k.

You also need to find what these programs are and where they came from!

Go to Google search msconfig then download the tool for
win2000, then you can use mscofig.

Go to google.com to search msconfig tool for win2000 and
download in your pc. Then, you can run this command.
 
You can copy the Msconfig.exe tool from a Windows XP client to a Windows
2000 Pro or Server box. MSCONFIG does not come with Windows 2000 or Windows
2003 but it will run fine from Start\Run (type in Msconfig and press OK)
when copied to the Winnt or Windows dir of these operating systems.
