Hi! Does someone know how I can disable a "Privileged
user" from modifying the systems clock?

Hi,

click on Start > Run > enter "gpedit.msc" (without " ") and click OK. Once
group policy editor is started drill down Windows Settings, under Computer
Configuration > Security Settings > User Rights > here look for "Change the
system time". Double click on this setting, mark and remove "Power users".
Close all windows by click OK...

Now, only administrators are able to change System Time.

If this computer is part of domain, do the same at appropriate group policy
level (domain, OU, ...).

I hope this helps,

Mike

Last I checked if the user has access to the command prompt - either
command.com or cmd.exe, he/she can still change the time with the
"time" command.
