System Clock not working!

Ever had a problem where the system clock never saves on a PC? I've
changed the battery so it's not that. What do you think?

First thing I would check is if any bios settings are being saved or
not. i.e. change something innocuous and see if it is persistent.

After that you might be looking at OS issues, what are you running?
