system clock Help!!!!!!

Hi!i met a problem,my system is winxp,every time when i
open the "my computer" or open a website,there apear a
digloge,which said"your system clock has been set
back,probably to defeat the system security"but
actually,my system clock is right,so what's the problem,i
am disturbed by this for a long time,anyone can help me?
