I'm building a system with an A7N8X Deluxe 2.0 bios 1007, AMD Barton
3000+/400mhz 2.10ghz and Corsair XMS 512MB 32X8 PC 3500C 2PT-DDR 400mhz
(Two Sticks) Antec Case 500w-ps with Swiftech cooling.

Is this type of memory suitable for the above mobo and cpu? If so, what are
the user define settings in the bios to clock the system up a little bit?
What ratio would you use for overclocking like Mem timing, FSB setting,
Clock setting, so on...

I think that memory is rated for something like 7-3-3-2 at 217MHz?

Probably best to up the FSB (leaving the multiplier alone, or dropping it
one or two notches, depending on stability)

Either that or you could try reducing one or more of the '3's to 2, at
200MHz, but that probably won't make as much of a difference as the extra
10% or so in the FSB.
