system blue screens when AGP card added

Several Tips:

In MotherBoard Options Screen (Bios Setup), check
this options :

-> (OS)Plug an Play
-> Force the IRQ ports by assigning them to the desired
values (not auto mode)

tried that, it seems you can only reserve if something is
there. You can't reserve for the future install of AGP
card. And we can't seem to reserve the HD IRQs that are
there.
 
Can you boot from the CD after the vid card is installed and do a repair?
