System Beep

This is probably a stupid question, but is there a
services thing in 2000? Im trying to turn off the
annoyingly loud system beep.
 
You can find and configure it under Device Manager|View|Show Hidden
Devices|Non Plug and Play|Beep|Action|Properties|Driver, then set the
"Startup Type:" to "Disabled"
