Without the details it is impossible to know. Ask in a win9x group or post
to the symantec support site.

Are both OSs installed in the same partition?!
Shared \Program Files\ in that case. Otherwise the vendor probably
knows.

What do you mean "2000 prevente loading"? What happens when you try it?
Do you know that your version of Norton is compatible with Win 2000? If
it's an older version, it might not be.

the system administrator in win 2000 prevents loading of
norton system works 2002

the system administrator in win 2000 prevents loading of
norton system works 2002. in win 98 norton system works
2002 is loaded.

Do you mean that you're not permitted to install Norton, or that it's
installed but you're not permitted to run it? Installing the program in
Windows 2000 will most likely require administrator rights. Running it
*may* require administrator rights. Does your logon have administrator
rights?

If you're on a network, the system administrator may have denied access to
the programs. Windows 98 doesn't have much in the way of security, so you
can pretty much do whatever you want.
