system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation

I tried to install defender a couple of days ago, and had disasterious
results. I have cleaned my computer up since then however, and would like to
try to re-install, however when I try, I get system administrator has set
policies to prevent this installation. I currently have antispyware
installed and xp home running on my computer. How do i get around this (I am
curretly signed in as system administrator)

This one can be tricky.......

You are sure that the account you are running is administrator account
?

You might need this tool to fix permissions.

I tested it within a PC and permissions where restored, it takes a
while
for the permission tool to restore it.
