my system 32 was deleted bt mistake-what should i do to download it again(its not on the recycle bin)

SYSTEM32.EXE?
There's no such file in a standard XP install. Probably a worm/virus that
you're better off without.

If you're referring to a _file_ named System32.exe, it's part of a
the virus; it's certainly not a valid WinXP system file. You don't
want that file. Pay particular attention to _all_ of the removal
instructions:

W32.Kwbot.C.Worm
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.kwbot.c.worm.html

If you're referring to the C:\Windows\System32 _folder_, your PC
would most definitely not even be bootable, were that folder to
somehow be deleted.
