It is hard to say with all the stuff people put on computers these days. If
it does not look like something obvious such as your web browser, Windows
Update, or your antivirus application for updates, I would deny access and
if everything works fine, not worry about it,. You do need to allow access
to port 53 udp for dns services however.Keep in mind that the firewall may
consider your own internal ip address [use ipconfig /all to find it -
usually 192.168.xxx.xxx] or 127.0.0.1 to be the internet when in fact that
is your computer basically trying to access itself and those communications
should be allowed, assuming your computer is virus/worm/trojan free. Those
addresses are generally in the firewalls trusted zone so that firewall rules
do not apply, so you may want to check that setting. For further

process/executable name and port number next time you see something
