system 32 window pops up when I log onto XP

Every time I log onto windows under my name, the folder,
C:/Windows/System32, pops up. It doesn't happen when I
log onto any other name.... just mine... It only started
a couple weeks ago. I have no spyware installed that I
know of (thanks to Spybot - Search and Destroy and
Adaware 6). If anyone can help me, please e-mail me.
