System 32 window pops up on start

Ever since I updated XP on my new Dell the other day, each time my system
boots up, the System 32 folder window comes up. No errors indicated, no
problems of any kind that I can see. Anyone know what's up with this?

Thanks. I had seen the page referenced earlier, but I didn't
understand what to do with it. I do now.
