System 32 folder opens at at startup

When I log on, the System 32 folder appears on my
desktop, & I don't know why. How can I stop it
happening, please? I don't know where to look to tell it
not to!

I believe you need to go to you user account under
documents and settings and check to see what is in your
desktop folder. If it is not there then check the all
users and default user accounts. Delete the shortcut for
the System32 folder.

Let me know if this works.
