System 32 -file "umst" most of it was deleted by error

Press Ctrl/Z or find it in the Recycle Bin. I'm surprised Windows let
you delete the file; it normally protects you from yourself..

My System32 folder has no such file, in either "speling".. no USMT amd
no UMST. Could that be malware that was removed? What is the error
message? Is it during Startup that you get the message?
