I have done a sysprep on WIN XP SP2 and after sysprep starts, it asks
me for the Key, and other stuff and than when it is finishing and Says
"Saves Settings" it just sits there...does not move.

Any idea what the problem may be?

Try looking at these logs after the post-imaging process. You may
have to boot in using a BartPE disk to view the files, however.

C:\Windows\setupapi.log - logs driver installations.
C:\Windows\setupact.log - logs install actions.
C:\Windows\setuperr.log - logs install errors.
C:\Windows\Debug\netsetup.log - logs domain joins.
