Good morning all,
We have sysprep images that were created with a VL disk. We have been
using these images without any problems with various hardware
configurations (all Dell laptops and desktops). We have been trying to
sysprep this image for Dell 745s. For some reason, the userdata
section on the sysprep.inf file seems to be skipped during the mini
setup process. This causes the volume license key prompt to come up
and a randomly generated computer name to be created. I have done all
I can think of to fix this even performing a repair with another
volume license disk and a new volume license key. Has anyone had this
problem ?? Any information is appreciated.
Thanks in advanced,
Martin Reyes
