Hi,

Microsoft suggests that sysprep audit mode should be used for installing
third party applications before sysprep the installation with /oobe
/generalize switch.

I wonder why it is necessary to run the audit mode. Can I install all
the applications that I need for the image and go straight to sysprep
/oobe /generalize

Thanks

Audit mode enables you to add additional drivers or
applications to Windows. You can also test an installation
of Windows before it is sent to an end user. If an unattended
Windows setup file is specified, the audit mode of Windows
Setup runs the auditSystem and auditUser configuration passes.

Thanks, so what if I don't use the audit mode and install applications
and driver and go straight to /generalize /oobe.
