syshost.exe error

Using multipartition hd. W2000 PRO SP3 on one and Linux on
the other.
Boots fine, but when using IE 6 when having multiple IE
windows open at the same time get syshost.exe error.
Closes all but one window and can not open any more. Also
after this occurs, trying to open regular folder windows
often open with no content showing.
Am on second installation due to other unrecoverable
errors occuring. How "stable" is this bird?
 
Sorry folks, must have been a peroxide moment..
My msg is about svchost.exe I have seen several others
with the same problem, but no solutions as yet.
regret misunderstanding. Still asking for help.

I think everyone knew that! I hadn't even noticed you'd spelled it wrong.
