Hello All,
Keep losing Internet connection on my Asrock K8NF4G, Sempron 3400, home built PC. Can sometimes restore connection by Refresh but often have to reboot. When I reboot I see a dialogue box with 'Sysfader' but it does not stay long enough to see what it is about. I don't know if the two things are related.
Have Googled it and seems to be a common theme on forums but I cannot make sense of any of the replies.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks in advance,

Not searched myself its late rdy for bed 04:17

But have you tried doing a general search within windows itself see if it picks anything up?

Process File: sysfader.exe
Process Name: NVidia Graphics Utility

Description: sysfader.exe is an process belonging to the Nvidia graphics device range and is bundled alongside these products. This is a non-critical system process although it should not be terminated unless suspected of causing problems.

As you said peahouse, there is alot of folks out there having varying problems around sysfader, and alot of conflicting advice as to exactly where the problem lies, or even how to rectify it.

It would seem to me to some sort of conflict, assuming you actually have Nvidia Graphics I would install the latest drivers and see if it makes a difference.
