Does Norton tell you what the file is infected with? There may be special
directions for removing this from your system. You can find them by looking
up the name of the virus the program notified you about at at Symantec's
website (www.sarc.com). If you have forgotten what the name was, most
antivirus programs maintain a log file and it should be mentioned in there.

I don't know what the sysdpt.exe file is. It's not a part of Windows and
may even be a file that the virus created.

Hi Sharon

thank you to reply to me.
Norton tells me that it's a trojan horse virus.

Does it help you ?

Thank you

I look forward to reading from you.

Trojan is a generic term for a particular type of infection. Norton is not
giving you a specific name for the trojan it has detected on your system?
Check for the name in Norton's log file if it is not shown in the
notification screen. You need the name of the trojan to look it up at
www.sarc.com so that you can find specific removal directions. (Every
trojan is different. There is no one set of directions that works for all
of them.)

If you are only getting a generic "trojan" identified, I suggest that you
quarantine the file and contact Symantec technical support for further
assistance.
