Sysclean stalls

I'm trying to run Sysclean by Trend Micro on my XP Home computer. It's
going along scanning all these files and then it stops on a file in the
Identities folder. Sorry, but I didn't get the full path and I know there
are several Identities folders. The name of the file is B8DD470C something.
I was hoping maybe someboday had run into this or knew something about it.
Otherwise I'll try it again and get the full path.

The Sysclean did delete one virus.

Restart in Safe Mode and run the scan there.
