When I browse the internet, I always get errors
referencing my sysacc.exe, and not being able to write
the memory.

I go to the task manager, and the sysacc.exe is top of
the list. Does anyone know what my problem is?

Thank you for your response. I believe that I have some
sort of virus or worm or trojan horse type thing.

When I browse the internet, my explorer will just freeze
up. I will bring up the task manager, and go to
processes, and the process at the top is "sysacc.exe" I
terminate this process, and then the Internet Explorer
works fine again for a couple minutes.

Once in a while, I get an error about the memory can't be
written and then some numbers like 000000. I also cannot
find any reference to anything on the net.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Well Peter, I've not seen any other references to that item other than that
which I found through Google. I asked you if that was the correct and full
name of the item in question. I will presume* it is, as you wouldn't make an
error regarding it twice would you? That distinction is in my province
alone. "He who falls over same rock twice, deserves to break his shin" <g>

So, the behavior of the PC seems erratic or poor at best. This item
sysacc.exe shows up in the task manager. Have you done a Find>Files and
Folders on your PC to see if it is there? Make sure in *Folder options*
(path varies according to OS in question) you have Show All Files checked,
as it could be hidden (?). Unlikely, but who knows. As a rule I always have
show all files, as I am not clumsy enough to go and delete hidden or system
files.

Now, you should do a full scan of your system, and I mean *full*. My usual
drill follows:
Quick and basic scans (hardly definitive, but a start)

Check for Spyware - How - to's
First, install the respective programs and then update them immediately,
so that they have the current versions, and definitions. Read the Help
Files and Tutorials.
Run them one at a time. With Ad-Aware you may have it
generally clean whatever it finds. The same applies for CWShredder.
Spybot S&D requires special attention (listed below), as does HijackThis
(Only more so. Details listed below) The programs are listed in order of
their general strength, safety, and purpose. It is perhaps best to install
and run these in this order of appearance. All are freeware programs,
but if you are pleased with the results and quality of the utilities,
donations to the respective Authors are cheerfully accepted.

*Most important* - Before you try to remove spyware using any of the
following programs, realize that the process of cleaning and removing
certain spyware and malware may possibly interrupt and kill your internet
connection.
Therefore, you should obtain a copy of LSPFIX, which will then make it
possible for you to re-establish your internet connection should it be
terminated.

Download LSPFIX from either of the following sites:
