SyncToy & Read Only Files

i have a client that wants to use SyncToy to backup her Quickbooks data files
to her thumb drive. QB nows checks the read only attribute everytime you open
it. So is there a way to force SyncToy backup read only files.
 
You can't sync read only files in the current version (1.4) but it's slated
in the next release. Here's a quote from one of the developers...

"Support for read-only files, encrypted files, folder pair rename and file
name based exclusion is definitely in the plans for the next release.
