SyncToy Creates Windows Folder on Desktop

After installing SyncToy, it now creates a Windows Explorer folder for
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\SyncToy on my desktop. How do you remove the
Windows Explorer Folder from my desktop? I don't like the Windows folder
being displayed on my desktop after booting up. Is there a way to remove the
folder. Otherwise the program does what I have been doing for many year
laboriously with the click of a button. Thanks,
 
Me too, so annoying that I uninstalled Sync Toy v1.0

On boot up it opens

C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Sync Toy Folder
 
If I understand what you are saying then this was answered in the post

Thankyou alYsa, unfortunately I am still learning about computers so am unable to follow your good advice yet, I am still learning how to drive the computer let alone how the engine works. I will just wait for version 2.0 and install that.
