SyncToy - can it move emails?

I have a laptop that I use when I travel. I see that SyncToy moves
documents. Can it also move emails from my laptop back to my desktop? That
would be awesome, and make my life much easier.
 
If you are using OUTLOOK to be your mail tool, it's no need to use SyncToy to
do this: you can simply use export email function to send recent mails to
your desktop.

I use Outlook Express - where can I find directions on how to move export
and import the emails? Thank you .
