SyncToy and long filenames

I like SyncToy and started using it.

Unfortunately I am running into a bug that is making it pretty unusable: if
SyncToy encounters a file or directory name that is "too long" is shows an
error and stops the whole copy process!

For example, I was simply trying to setup a folder pair that would backup my
C: drive to an external drive (G:). Here's the error I'm getting:

---------------------------
SyncToy
---------------------------
The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified
file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be
less than 248 characters.. C:\Documents and
Settings\emmanuel_huna.MYDOMAIN\Local Settings\Temp\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\1NNVXXCE\.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I have to manually delete my temporay internet files and other folders under
"C:\Documents and Settings\emmanuel_huna.MYDOMAIN\" for SyncToy to work.

A much better solution would be for SyncToy to not show a message box when
an error/exception occurs but simply log it silently and continue with the
other files.

If you can give this feedback to the team in charge of SyncToy it would be
great.
