synctoy active checkbox unchecked on some files

I'm running Synctoy v1.2.0.75. Intermittently when I run Preview the
Active checkbox isn't checked on files that have been modified and
need to be copied. Has anyone else encountered this?

Very similarl problem here. On two different XPSP2 machines, fully patched,
SyncToy 1.2.0.75, Build 3/27/2006.

Preview shows just a small set of files (consecutive in the list, but in
several different folders, different names and extensions) unchecked in the
first (Active) column. After setting the checkmarks, Run does work on these
files OK. These were C: tot external USB disk transfers, both devices NTFS.

A possible explanation could be that these are files that are 'in use' at
the time of the scan. I'm not sure though...
