SyncToy 2 Errors

Hi. I have installed Synctoy 2, and have started getting a lot of failed
overwrites due to "the source file has been modified during synchronization
-Date is invalid". This is not something I used to get with 1.4, and it's
doing it to an awful lot of files.

Any ideas?

I won't be able to help, I'm just a SyncToy user, but I know what my
first question would be: Are the files in question actually being
updated by something during the SyncToy run?

I do most of my SyncToy backups overnight (using the new SyncToyCmd.exe)
and I make sure that no applications that might update the files are
running (I have a scheduled task that kills off things like Lotus Notes
and Windows Media Player before the SyncToyCmd task starts).
 
I'm sure none are being used, and they are all files that never had this
problem before. I also run everything overnight when nothing is happening.
I'm talking files like xmls from Cubase when cubase isn't open, note pages in
One Note when that's not open etc.
