SyncToy 1.2 - Does not support UNICODE file name

It seems that synctoy does not support UNICODE file name (In my case written
in hebrew) because I repeatdly get error:
"Exception during preview: Value was either too large or too small for an
unsigned byte"

This is how MS programmers know about programming..........

Again, there's a reason it's called a "toy".

If it were a picture, it would be a "sketch".

Maybe someday it will be a "tool".
