syncronizing contacts and address

How can I make my address book look to my contact in
outlook 2003 / or office xp

when looking up addresses
I dont know where the address book is pointing but if I
make a change in the ad it is not reflected in the contact
list

I would like that

It works the other way around: The address book shows the data in your
Contacts folder, assuming that the Outlook Address Book box on the folder's
Properties dialog is checked.
