Here is what the managment wants and I did not know if it
can be done the the depth that he wants.
He wants:
Have a common calendar for all engineers - I have that
already
Needs to have everybody update their own calendar - most
people do
* *currently I update my calendar and then copy the
appointments that I want on the engineering up to that
common calendar**
He want to catagorize our appointments on our calendar.
(personal, business and such)
He wants only certain catagorized appointments to be
replicated to the common calendar to avoid people having
to add appointments in 2 places.

I think that is all he wants, Yeah right. I would be such
a hero if it can be done and I know seperately most of
his desires can be done but all of them I do not thin so.

I would love some input if and what parts can be done and
can't be done or if there is a seperate calendar program
that can be purchased to meet this need.

Thanks in advance.
