Syncronizing 2 calendars

I currently have 2 calendars, one in current and one associated with my
inbox. this leads to confusion because not everybody sees all of my
appointments and my PDA only picks up my Inbox stuff. Is there an easy way
for me to syncronize them.
 
Are you using a local PST file and an Exchange Server mailbox?
