I can syncronise all elements of my mobile with Outlook EXCEPT Contacts. Can
anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.

All sync issues are the purview of the sync software. Outlook does not take
part in the sync, acting only as the repository.

That said, are the contacts in Outlook in your default Contacts folder or
some other contacts folder? What version of Outlook? What type of PDA?

Thanks Brian; to answer your questions:
1. I am using Microsoft Office 2003
2. My mobile is brand new - Xda IQ
3. I dont know where to look for another Contacts folder

Is this a WIndows Mobile platform?
3. I dont know where to look for another Contacts folder

In File>Data File Management, do you have more than one data store? In the
Folder List view of the Nav pane, is there more than one set of folders?
Are you syncing with the default Contacts?

Thanks
All sorted now.

When you mentioned Contacts data file I found that I had neglected to click
"Contacts" in the sync link. Stupid of me, but thanks for your advice which,
in the end, produced the solution.
