Syncing pop3 & Exchange calendar & tasks on same computer

Hi,

I have a pop3 account on my personal computer, and a calendar and tasks
linked to it. Have now installed settings for reading my Exchange job e-mail
from my home computer, so I now have two main accounts, one personal and one
Exchange, both accessable when I open my at home Outlook.

This is extremely handy, but have caused some problems.

1) I now have two calendars and 2 sets of tasks. I want to have 1 set of
them both, or to sync them with each other. Otherwise I will have two non
corresponding sets of everything...

2) I also want to be able to sync this 1 calendar and 1 set of tasks with my
cell phone. Now I can only choose one set, which is very annoying.

Thanks for creative advice on how to solve this!

How are you connecting to the Exchange server? What version of Exchange and
what version of Outlook?
