I have an associate that sends his email from
home and from work. Therefore some to the
outgoing mail is on one computer and and
some on another computer. Is there a way to merge
the sent mail folders?

What kind of mail server/mail account is this? If you use Exchange, this is
a piece of cake. Without Exchange - harder, if even possible. IMAP may be an
option if you don't use Exchange.

No exchange,

That's a pity!
What is IMAP?

http://www.imap.org/ - you'd know if you had an IMAP account, I suspect.

There's really no good way for him to get his sent items to appear in both
places using POP, unfortunately. He could get in the habit of BCC'ing
himself on everything he sends from home, tho. Then move them into the Sent
Items folder at work.
