syncing contacts

After creating the pst files how do I import it into the
other computer? Please be as detailed as possible, this is
the second time I try posting about this. The first
response was vague. Its from Office 2000 to XP.

do you know of any cell phones or applications that can
help me sync my contacts to it?

Use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File.

If you want to set this pst-file as the delivery location for new e-mail
(Outlook Today folder) go to Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> press Next-> at the
bottom you can set the delivery location for new e-mail.

Synchronising your mobile with Outlook depends on your mobile. As I've got a
Nokia I use the Nokia Data Suite (free) but Oxygen Phone Manager is a lot
more advanced but isn't free. It simply depends on your needs as well.
