Syncing A Mailbox folder with a Personal Folder

This is an odd request, but I'm trying to make a "fix" for some Blackberry Software compatibility issues.

I need to sync my "Contacts Folder" under my Mailbox with my "BLACKBERRY CONTACTS Folder" under my Personal Folders, same with Caledar, Notes, tasks

Is there a way to do this?
 
You would have to write all the code to compare items and perform
item-by-item or field-by-field updates as you prefer. Not a simple project.
