Synchronizing

I currently have Outlook 2002 and have a personal calendar as well as a public calendar for my department. I would like to have them synchronized. You might say why don't I just stick to one? But I like to have reminders pop up for my personal one and the public one does not do this. So my question is: Is there a way to do this? Thanks for your help.
 
This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
